Skördefest - Harvest time

Ute i växthuset mognar allt i rask takt nu och jag njuter (jag gillar att njuta "ler") i fulla drag!
Inside our greenhouse everything ripes so fast now and I enjoy it very much!
Det är första året jag odlar chili och det ör allt lite spännande att få se vad det blir av det. Inga mängder att skörda än men de ser fina ut. Och om jag förstått det rätt så kan jag flytta in plantorna i köksfönster under vintern?
This is the first time I've ever grown chili and it's exating to see how they taste. There are only a few fruits on the plants so far, but if I've got it right I'll be abel to put the plants in my kitchen window during the winter? Fyra stora plantor med Physalis innebär att vi kan frossa i oss mängder av frukter. Jag ställer en skål med physalis på soffbordet varje kväll och sen äter vi dem som godis =)
I've grown four huge physalis plants this year, meaning that we are abel to eat a lot of fruit from them. Every night I put a bowl filled with physalis on the coffeetable and then we eat them like candy =)

Paprikor blir det också gott om, de som inte hamnar direkt på grillen eller i salladen stoppar jag glatt i frysen till vinterns maträtter.
There's also a lot of paprika to harvest. If they don't end up on the barbecue or in a sallad for dinner I'm happy being abel to fill the fridge with them for the winter.

We have yellow, black and red paprika this year.

Utanför växthuset är 'Iceberg' inne på andra blomningen. Jag kan inte riktigt förstå att jag som inte kan ett jota om rosor lyckades dels klippa de mrätt i våras (tack till Verinica för tips om att klippa rejält) och sen klippt dem igen efter första blomnignen och fått dem att blomma om! Det finns funderingar på att plantera 'Iceberg' i den vita Rönn-rabatten til nästa vår, där hade den verkligen passat bra.

Beside the greenhouse 'Iceberg' is still in bloom. I can hardly believe that I, who doesn't know anything about roses, managed to cut them the right way last spring (thanks to Veronica for tellingme to cut them hard) and then to cut them back after blomming and make them bloom once again! Now I'm thinking that I might plant 'Iceberg' in the white Sorbus bed next spring. I think it would fill out well there.

'Rhapsody in Blue' vars blommor förra året kunde räknas på ena handens fingrar har i år bjudit på över 200 blommor! Jag räknade dem varteftersom jag klippte bort överblommat =) Men den remonterar tydligen inte? så i fortsättningen låter jag det bli nypon på den istället.
Last year the other rose (I've only got two) 'Rhapsody in blue' had less than five flowers. This year I'm happy to say that there where over two hundred flowers! I counted them when I cut of the overbloomed(?) flowers. But I believe that that rose doesn't bloom twise so next year I won't cutthem of. It's nice to see the rosehips also =)
